MUNDAKOPANISHAD : CHAPTER-3. SECTION-2. MANTRAM-3.{ "Foremost means of Self-realisation seeking the Self alone." }

MUNDAKOPANISHAD

CHAPTER-3.

SECTION-2.

MANTRAM-3.{ "Foremost  means  of  Self-realisation  seeking  the  Self  alone." }

DISCUSSION : 3. "THERE  ARE  SOME  SEEKERS  WHO  ARE  NEVER  TIRED  OF  VISITING  DISCOURSES, WHERE  TRUTH  IS  REPEATED...."

Again,  there  are  some  seekers  who  are  never  tired  of  hearing  the  same  Truth  repeated  by  hundred  of  Masters.

They  believe  that  in  their  huntings  they  would  come  across,  somewhere  a  rare  Master  who,  while  explaining  the  Sruti,  will  secretly  hand  over  to  them  the  experience  of  Godhood  also!!

With  this  idle  hope  in  mind  many  a  sincere  seeker  is  running  all  over  the  place  in  this  country  enriching  none  other  than,  perhaps,  the  railways  and  hotel-keepers!

"Any  amount  of  hearing  even  from  the  best  of  teachers  will  not  actually  take  the  seeker  to  the  halls  of  experiencing  the  Self."

NEXT : Discussion-4. "The  Rishi-s  say  that  the  Self  can  be  gained  ....."

To be continued  ....
