"Performing,  verily,  work  in  this  world  should  one  desire  to  live  a  full  hundred  years.  This  alone  is  right,  for  there  is  o  other  right  path.  Action  never  clings  to  a  man  following  this  path."

Discussion : 1. In  the  earlier  Mantram,  the  goal  that  was  pointed  out  was  certainly  the  Eternal  and  the  Absolute  --  the  goal  for  everyone.

In  order  to  make  a  direct  and  straight  route  to  the  great  goal,  the  pilgrim  needs  a  lot  of  mental  and  intellectual  calibre,  must  be  light  in  kit,  and  must  be  wiry  and  strong  in  his  inner  limbs.

He  must  be  a  man  of  renunciation,  with  acute  discriminative  tendencies,  a  strong  will,  and  an  indomitable  faith  in  himself.

He  must  certainly  be  blessed  by  a  great  Guru  who  must  interpret  to  him  the  implications  and  imports  of  Sruti-s  correctly.

Next : Discussion-2. "some  of  us  lack  qualities   .... to  follow  'Path  of  Knowledge' ...

To  be  continued  ...
                                                      Guru  Swami  Tapovan
