Karika Mantram -19.


"Visvasya-tva-vivakasayam-adisamanya-mutkatam,

matra samprati-pattau syadapti -samanya-meva ca."

Translation : 


Visvasya = of visva;

atva vivaksayam  =  identified with 'A' 

adi = of primacy;

samanyam = the similarity;

utkatam = evident;

matra = letters;

samprati-pattau  =  relating to;

syat  =  becomes;

apti samanyam  =  similarity of pervasiveness;

eva ca  =  also and.

Tatvam (Essence) of  the  karika mantram :


When the identity of visva and the 'A' sund is to be described the common featuresbetween themare being the first in their respective positions as well as similarity of all pervesiveness.
