Mantram - 1.6.4: The State of Sovereignty & Lordship
With Translation ;

6 aapnoti swaraajyam;   =  He obtains sovereignty over himself;

  aapnoti manasah patim;   =  He obtains lordship over his mind:

7 vaak-patih, chakshushpatih;  =  He becomes the Lord of Speech, Lord of the eyes;

Bhashyam (Vyakyanam) :

6 At Mahah, the “path” ends. The meditator who succeeds in reaching this realm, is

established in Brahman, the Supreme Goal of his spiritual adventure. It is the unity which is

termed Self-realisation. This is the supreme moment of God-realisation, when he “gets

sovereignty” according to the Bhashyam.

7 The state of sovereignty of the Yogi is when he becomes Lord of speech, senses,

mind, and intellect – referred to symbolically as “speech, eyes, ears, and knowledge.”
